This webinar will provide information on the NEW Guideline for Electrosurgical Safety including the use of consistent terminology. There will also be a discussion about recommendations for measures to safeguard against electrosurgical injuries caused by direct application, insulation failure, antenna coupling, direct coupling, capacitive coupling, residual heat, inadvertent activation, and electromagnetic interference.
